PALM HARBOR, FL – August 27, 2024 – St. Mark Village, an award-winning continuing care retirement community in Pinellas County, has named senior living industry veteran, Patricia Vincent, as a board director.
“We are thrilled to have Patricia join our board,” said Chief Executive Officer and President Jeff Gorddard. “She is well-versed in the opportunities as well as the associated challenges within the senior living industry. We are grateful to have her perspective, experience, and leadership.”
Vincent earned a diploma in nursing from Abbott Hospital School of Nursing. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in open studies with an emphasis in gerontology, health science and business management from Mankato State University.
Her work experience includes serving as a director of nursing for 120 and 150-bed skilled nursing facilities. She also has nursing leadership experience in a continuing care retirement community setting. As a CEO, she was responsible for the skilled nursing facility, as well as development of a retirement community in a neighboring town and an off campus assisted living offering. During that time, she developed three memory care cottages, a home health agency, and adult day service and hospice facility for end of life care.
