The Agency for Healthcare Administration (ACHA) conducted evaluations, or surveys, as they are referred to in the health care lexicon, at our three Assisted Living Centers this year.
The Assisted Living Centers evaluated were, our Main Campus Assisted Living, the Michael Bilirakis Memory Care Center, and our Highland Lakes Assisted Living. All three received deficiency free surveys! Meaning that each center was evaluated in several different areas, from nursing care, to food service, to physical plant operations and beyond. All three were found to be “problem free”.
